Shipping and returns policy

  • Orders made before 3pm GMT (Mon-Fri) are processed the same day. Any orders placed after 3pm GMT are processed the next working day.
  • Garments ordered with us are based on measurements and specifications provided by you, therefore we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any orders.
  • Please note all items are photographed for our records prior to dispatching them.In case a defective item is received please email us specifying the reason of return within the first 48 hours. Email: onita@onitaa.co.uk or sales@onitaa.co.uk . Allowing us time to investigate.
  • We will not exchange or accept returns to any items that have been used, have any stains, and emit body odours or perfume. For hygiene purposes, accessories like earrings, rings, bangles, bracelets, neck piece, tikka, body chain, nose ring, waist belt, foot wear, cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • There is no refund on shipping and handling charges.

Privacy Policy

When you shop on our website, we ask you to share your personal information, such as your Name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address, telephone number(s), product selection, credit /debit or any other payment information, and password. Optionally, we may ask you your date of birth, which we will use to identify your account.

We confirm that any personal or user information, that you provide is fully confidential and will not be used beyond O’NITAA LTD and we will use your data for the following purposes:

  • Process your order, including despatch, payments and returns.
  • To prevent or to detect fraud on website.
  • To enable third party to carry out technical, logistics and other functions on our behalf.
  • For statistical or survey purpose.
  • To serve website content and advertisements to you.
  • To administer the website.

Safety and security tips

  • When using a public computer or terminal, always ensure to log out and close the browser when you complete an online session.
  • Do not share your password or login details with any one.
  • Create a password of at least 8 characters, a combination of numbers and letters is the best.

Product Policy

Colors

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on O’NITAA - THE ESSENCE OF ASIAN COUTURE as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee the resolution and display of a colour/product.

Fabric and Finish

The garment(s) purchased instore or online from O’NITAA - THE ESSENCE OF ASIAN COUTUREare typically hand finished. Embellishments and embroideries therefore may shatter or decay and cannot be considered as a manufacturing fault. Fabrics such as lace, silk, chiffon and georgette could be subject to pulls and rips as is the nature of these fabrics.

Made to Measure / Alteration Policy

    • Made-to-measure items and alterations are custom made items to which the distance selling provisions of The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 are not applicable.
    • Orders for alterations to ready-made garments cannot be cancelled and any alteration is subject to an additional charge. Should O’NITAA - THE ESSENCE OF ASIAN COUTURE agree, in its absolute discretion, to accept a cancellation, it reserves the right to make a cancellation charge to the Customer.
    • If there is any dispute as to whether a finished made-to-measure item or alteration to a ready-made item conforms to the Customer’s requirements, the description recorded on the O’NITAA - THE ESSENCE OF ASIAN COUTURE Order or Measurement Slip shall be final. Accuracy of measurements submitted to O’NITAA - THE ESSENCE OF ASIAN COUTURE by the Customer will be entirely at the Customer’s own risk.
    • Customer agrees to attend at least three fittings of the made-to-measure or altered ready-made garment. The first fitting shall take place after delivery of the item; and date and duration of any further fittings will be committed based on the changes required in the outfit. For postal orders despatch times would be communicated on the contact details provided by the client.
    • O’nitaa - The Essence of Asian Couture cannot guarantee delivery of a finished made-to-measure garment to the Customer within any particular time, but will normally deliver within 9 – 12 weeks of accepting the Customer’s order.
    • Customers must collect finished orders within 30 days of being advised by O’nitaa - The Essence of Asian Couture that they are available for collection, Post which O’nitaa - The Essence of Asian Couture will not be responsible for the security of the order and further delays may result in the item being disposed off. Correspondence of delivery will be via email or contact details given by the client. Customers are requested to check the details thoroughly prior to submission.
    • Ownership of any garment shall not pass to the Customer until paid for in full.
